The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) hereby wishes to inform all stakeholders that it will convene a public hearing in relation to the applications for the transfer of control of the I-ECNS and I-ECS licences from Cell C to the Prepared Company (TPC).

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (“ICASA") will hold public oral hearings on the Draft Call Termination Amendment Regulations of 2024 (“the draft Amendment Regulations”), in accordance with Section 4(6) of the Electronic Communications Act No.36 of 2005, as amended.

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) will hold hybrid public hearings on Wednesday, 05 June 2024. The hearings are in respect of the written submissions on the Supplementary Discussion Document on Signal Distribution Market Inquiry published in Government Gazette No. 50069 on 02 February 2024.
