OTT Market Inquiry

The Authority is conducting an inquiry into the Impact of OTT Services on Licensees in the telecommunication, broadcasting and postal sector in terms of section 4B of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No.13 of 2000). The purpose of this Inquiry is to assess the impact of OTTs, if any, on licensees in the telecommunication, broadcasting, and postal sectors.
