ICASA has decided to make slight amendments to the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations in order to bring certainty and to ensure that the enforcement and implementation of the Regulations does not result in unintended consequences for licensees and consumers.

ICASA aims to improve its equipment authorization and Type Approval processes

ICASA will hold public hearings in respect of a Discussion Document published to determine its role and responsibilities on cybersecurity matters. Thirteen submissions were received following publication of the Discussion Document last year
