Icasa 49 2022 Terms Of Reference

ICASA invites suitably qualified service providers to submit proposals for the leasing of an office building for ICASA’s KZN Regional Office, in Durban CBD or surrounding areas within the eThekwini Local Municipality. The premises should be grade B or above building, for a period of ten (9 years and 11 months, with beneficial occupation, for a period of three (3) months, commencing 01 November 2023 or earlier. The lease must commence on 01 February 2024
