Appointment of a consultancy services provider to assist Icasa with the licensing process of an individual electronic communications network service (I-ECNS) and Radio Frequency Spectrum (RFS) licences for the wireless Open Access Network Service (WOAN) for a period of 12 months, that will be submitted in terms of section 9 of the Electronic Communications act, 36 of 2005 (“the EC act”)
