Johannesburg – The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) released a media statement informing stakeholders about the upcoming public hearings on the second draft of the End-User and Subscriber Service Charter Regulations taking place from 01 – 02 March 2018 at ICASA head office in Sandton.
