Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations 2015

Purpose: To establish the framework through which the Authority may allocate and assign radio frequency spectrum under the South African National Radio Frequency Plan

Repealed Regulations: Repeals the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations, 2011 published in GN 184 of 2011 GG No. 34172; and The Spectrum Reallocation for Radio Frequency identification (RFID) Systems GN 713 of 2008 & GG No.31127
