Interconnection Regulations

The purpose of these regulations is to:

"(a) To facilitate the conclusion of interconnections agreements by stipulating : (i) agreements principles, (ii)timeframes and process to be followed by parties and (iii) the procedures for the submission , review and filing of agreement;
(b) provide for and require the provision of interconnection services to enable licensees to interconnect with each other; and
(c) encourage interoperability
