ICASA hereby publishes the Extension of the Due Date for the Renewal of Radio Frequency Spectrum Licences Regulations, 2025 in terms of sections 31(3)(b) and 4(7)(b) of the Electronic Communications Act 36 of 2005 read with section 4(3)(j) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act 13 of 2000.
