These are the consumer protection regulations aimed at promoting transparency and protecting consumers against unfair business rules in the provision of communication services. Based on these regulations:

Customers will be allowed to rollover unused data; transfer data to other users on the same network; customers will not be charged out-of-bundle rates without their consent.
