The charge before the CCC was that WoWtv had contravened Regulation 5(c) Schedule 2 of the Regulations Regarding Standard Terms and Conditions for Individual licences (as published in Government Gazette Number 33294 on 14 June 2010), which was operational from 11 September 2011.
