The GM: Compliance and Consumer Affairs at ICASA, referred a matter concerning Sybaweb Pty Ltd (“Sybaweb”), a licensee in terms of the said Act, to the Complaints and Compliance Committee (“CCC”) at ICASA. The Reference is based on the allegation of non-compliance of section 13(1) of the Electronic Communications Act 2005, as amended in May 2014.
