A complaint against the Respondent Broadcaster, Gauteng Media Development Project NPC t/a HOT 91 FM (“HOT 91”) was lodged by Extriserve (Pty) Ltd t/a LM Radio. The Complaint concerns alleged transgressions by Hot 91 of its duties as a community broadcaster.
