1.1.1. One (1) original, three (3) hard copies and 1 (one) electronic copy (on USB) in PDF format of the Bid shall be submitted on the date of closure of the Bid. NB: Pricing must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.

• The original copy MUST BE SIGNED IN INK by an authorized employee, agent or representative of the bidder and initialled on each page of the bid proposal.

• It is the Bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the information and contents on the electronic copies is the same as in the hard copies To ensure that the electronic copy is not damaged, the bidder must submit the flash drive in a sealed padded envelop and be clearly marked
