Notice On The Inquiry Into The Role Of Icasa In Cybersecurity

ICASA hereby gives notice of its intention to conduct an inquiry in terms of section 4B of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act no.13 of 2000). The purpose of this inquiry is to determine the role and responsibilities that the Authority should play in relation to cyber-security  guided by the enabling legislation.
