The regulations pertains to the processes and procedures to be followed when applying for, amending, renewing, transferring and surrendering any individual licence. This will also provide for the processes and procedures that need to be followed when applying for temporary special authorisations.

All new applicants can now apply in terms of these processes and chapter 3 of the
Electronic Communications Act.
