The regulations deals with the processes and procedures to be followed when registering, amending, renewing, transferring and surrendering class licences. The same regulations also provide for processes and procedures that are applicable for
services and networks’ licence exemptions.

All new applicants can now apply in terms of these processes and chapter 3 of the Electronic Communications Act.
